You may only use the service if you are at least 18 years of age and can enter into binding contracts (our site is not available for use by minors). You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords, login and account information. You will be financially accountable for all uses of our site by you and anyone using your password and login information. You may only use the service to make legitimate appointments.
We will use our reasonable commercial efforts to keep the service available on a 24-hour/7-day-a-week basis, subject to necessary scheduled downtime for maintenance, unscheduled maintenance and system outages. Your access to our service may not be uninterrupted or available at all times. We cannot promise that our service will be error-free, that defects or errors will be corrected or that our site or the servers that make it available are free from viruses or other harmful components. You will not use any device, software or routine that interferes or attempts to interfere with the normal operation of our Exquisite Threading site or take any action that imposes an unreasonable load on our computer equipment.
We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. Exquisite Threading reserves the right to refund any services and products. All sales are final for Aveda, Bumble and Bumble and Jin Soon products. All Sales of hair brushes, hair accessories (clips, hair bands, etc.), tools (blow dryers, flat irons, etc) and cosmetic sales are final. No returns and no exchange.
If a guest is not satisfied with the service, they may let the salon manager know within 24 hours of the service. A complimentary redo or alternative solution may be offered at the salon manager's discretion.
We do not issue refunds on salon services. Services charges include the service performed and time used to perform the service. Example: consultation, color applications, keratin complex, etc. We are extremely professional and knowledgeable of the services we provide. However, due to the uniqueness of every client, the complexity of hair structure and their reaction to chemicals, we do not guarantee results and always perform a consultation previous to services. In the consultation process the stylist will recommend alternatives but only you will ultimately decide how to proceed. If you don't agree with the services, hair color, formulas, haircut, style or any other decisions on the consultation process; please do not proceed with the service.
All hair color formulas are the intellectual property of Exquisite Threading.
Gratuities' are not included in our service prices. Fifteen (15%) to twenty (20%) percent is customary; however this is only a guideline. For your convenience, we accept gratuity payment in the form of cash and credit/debit cards at the time of checkout.
Gift Cards are available for purchase in any dollar amount, in person or over the phone and can be used for payment on all services and products. Gift Cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Exquisite Threading is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Promotions cannot be combined with any other offer. Gift cards are not available for the monthly specials.
To maintain a relaxing and quiet environment within the Salon and Spa, refrain from using your cell phone and please silence it.

This is your day to relax. We kindly request that children do not accompany you to your salon or spa visit unless they are scheduled for a service. Children are only permitted in the salon or spa when having a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not have the facilities to care of children. We love children and we hope you understand, we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxations of our guests. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
Our staff consists of both male and female service providers. You will be scheduled with either unless a preference is stated. All of our technicians are professionals and can assure your comfort at all times.
Exquisite Threading cannot guarantee that the full service you requested will be performed. However, we will do our best to be accommodating.
Exquisite Threading is committed to providing superior quality services to its users. Customers are asked to cancel any appointments that they will be unable to honor at least 24 hours in advance of their reservation. We recognize that certain circumstances are unavoidable but if you must cancel an appointment, a 24-hour notice is appreciated. Some situations may require a credit card number or deposit to reserve appointments. You must call the designated salon directly to cancel. If you are unable to keep your reservation and you fail to cancel, Exquisite Threading has the right to charge the credit card used to secure your appointment. Depending on the flexibility of your schedule and to ensure your desired date, we recommend making your reservation one to two weeks in advance for mid-week appointments and three to four weeks in advance for weekend appointments. We do not offer any appointments for Threading Services. Threading services are strictly on walk-in basis. We suggest you call the day of your service for any Threading service and have you name put on the waiting list 2-3 hours prior to your arrival.
From the moment you walk through our doors your experience will begin with our complementary beverage service. While you wait, sample a retail product or tour our facility. For spa services, we will provide you with a robe, slippers and a locker for your personal belongings. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early so you can enjoy a steam shower prior to your scheduled service.
Dress comfortably. Robes, towels, sandals, shower facilities, Aveda products and a locker are provided for you in our Changing Suite for most spa services. Please note that our changing suites are co-ed with private changing rooms at our Glendale and Green Bay locations. We suggest that you do not wear jewelry and valuables are left at home as we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. It is recommended during a spa treatment that you remove your street clothing, although undergarments may be worn if preferred.
Please inform guest services, when making your reservation, if you have high blood pressure, allergies, other physical ailments or disabilities or if you are pregnant, so we can assist you in selecting the most appropriate treatment(s). Treatments for pregnant guests are available.
Depending on your preference, you may request to have either a male or female massage therapist. All of our massage therapists and aestheticians are trained to discreetly drape areas of your body not involved in the treatment and to protect your privacy at all times.
